PYEONGCHANG (COREA DEL SUD) – Dopo la delusione di ieri e in attesa dello sci alpino, l’Italia conquista la prima medaglia alle Olimpiadi Invernali 2018 di PyeongChang. Dominik Windisch conquista il bronzo nella 15 chilometri sprint del biathlon, grazie ad una pazzesca rimonta nel finale nonostante l’errore all’ultimo tiro. “Non ci credo – ha detto l’altoaltesino al termine della prova – pensavo di aver perso l’occasione della mia vita e invece adesso sono sul podio“.

Le medaglie per i colori azzurri potevano essere due ma la rimonta di Dominik Fischnaller nella prova individuale dello slittino si ferma solamente al quarto posto a due millesimi dal terzo. Appuntamento a domani dove il bottino azzurro potrebbe essere arricchito.
